This property is privately owned and the right is reserved to refuse services to anyone.  The management further reserves the right at all times to terminate the tenancy of a guest for reasons the former deemed objectionable.  We will not be responsible for loss of valuables, we will not be responsible for your boat/watercraft, trailers, snow machines, Watercraft moored at any time is at the risk of the guest. Guest is responsible for fines incurred while on the water (i.e boating regulations).  Guest assumes the risk for any injuries that may be sustained and/or damages to personal or resort watercraft during activities.  Guest understands that Houghton's North Sky Resort is not responsible for items (trailers, etc.) stored during their stay.  Park at your own risk.
