Cancellation Policy:
Peak season - memorial weekend through labor day - $200 non-refundable deposit due within 10 days of booking.  50% non-refundable payment due 60 days before check in with balance due at check in.  
Non-peak season - Should a guest cancel 14 days prior to check in we would require 50% payment at time of cancellation.  If another party books for the same dates, we will gladly refund the 50% payment (less the $200 deposit).  Cancellation 7 days before arrival will result in full payment charged to the credit card on file (if another party books for the same dates we will gladly refund the amount paid less $200 deposit)

A Family Friendly Resort!

Houghton's North Sky Resort is located on the Southwest side beautiful Houghton Lake (not to be confused with Houghton, Michigan which is in the Upper Peninsula). We are newer resort with five updated cottages located on the south shore of Houghton Lake. Houghton Lake is the largest inland lake in Michigan, and has been referred to as the Fish Factory of Michigan. We are open year round! Enjoy fishing, water & winter sports, swimming off the 100 ft of sandy beach and lounging in the sun. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets! A great destination for family vacation or a weekend get away.
