- Parking in designated parking areas – we will show you where to park.
- Quiet time 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Please respect the privacy of other guests & our neighbors.
- Please pick up all personal belongings from beach & common area at the end of each day.
- Check out time is 9:00 am during peak season later check out during off peak.
- As a courtesy to our next guests please leave cottage how you found it. If not, $150 cleaning fee will be charged at checkout. To avoid cleaning fee please remove trash, clean & return dishes to original cottage & location, remove sheets & linens (if applicable), sweep floor, wipe stove, microwave & fridge. Otherwise, credit card on file will be charged.
- Trash located outside each cottage & we will empty.
- FIREWOOD - we ask for donations & trust that you will pay accordingly in the black box next to the wood pile so that we can continue to provide wood for our guests without monitoring usage (a bundle of 5-8 pieces of wood costs approximately $6-8 per bundle)
- Please use grease container under each sink for any grease – do not put down drain.
- NO SMOKING (anything) inside cottages – an extra cleaning fee of $150.00 will be charged for any violations).
- CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES BY BEACH, on dock, in water & firepit.
- PLEASE DO NOT CLEAN FISH IN COTTAGE – fish cleaning station on site for your use we have a freezer to store fish guts – located in shed next to cleaning station)
- NO PETS ALLOWED (this includes visitor pets)
- IF EVENINGS GET COOL: If you use your furnace please turn off when not in cottage for longer than 2 hours & also keep windows & doors closed when heat is on.
- WIFI – locate the EnGenius93C6CE_1 free WiFi or sign on to your own personal hot spot.
- Smart TV – we have several options available for your use or log onto your personal account.
- HULU has local channels – check out all of the options available!
- Office Hours: Mon/Friday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am – 4:00 pm. Feel free to call the office 989-302-8006 as we may step out from time-to-time.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down toilet. (no diapers, flushable or regular wipes, or sanitary products)
- Guests over the allowed limit will be charged an additional daily fee of $15 per guest.
- Please do not feed the ducks.
- NO TRESPASSING ON NEIGHBORS PROPERTY on either side – LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR STAY OVER HERE!
- Use of air conditioner in cottage at a $10 per day rate – please leave money in envelope if using air conditioning units – this is on the honor system. Please keep windows & doors closed.
